Northern Star Business Awards, Rising Star Finalist, Cara Lake has been promoted to Group Finance Manager at Nucore Group.
Nucore Group was established in 2016 following the acquisition of legacy companies HVAC & Refrigeration Engineering and Oteac. In 2020, the decision was made to merge the businesses under Nucore Group to further align their integrated offering.
Cara joined Nucore Group in 2019 as a Management Accountant where she was responsible for the monthly financial reporting for legacy company, Oteac. In her new role Cara will take on lead responsibility for the Nucore Group finance function and will work closely with the Operations and Support Function Leads to drive process efficiency and provide support to the execution of the groups Growth and Diversification strategy.
